When you think about “intimacy,” what do you picture? Many people might immediately think of physical touch or being close in a romantic way.

This kind of connection helps you and your partner understand and value each other’s thought process whilst also encouraging each other to learn and try new things. To nurture intellectual intimacy, partners need to prioritize spending time talking and listening to each other.
